About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a Commercial Support team within our client. You will be responsible for overseeing technical services, mentoring a team of engineers, and driving innovation to ensure seamless service delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and specialists.
• Oversee technical submissions, including PS1s.
• Implement training programs to stay ahead with technology and industry trends.
• Manage commercial support services, ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently.
• Develop and monitor KPIs & SLAs to enhance service quality.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs.
• Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency.
• Manage resources, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Engineering or related field. CPEng certification (or working towards it.
• Deep understanding of facade engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
