We are currently seeking a Processing and Central Fabrication Team Leader to oversee the performance, quality, and efficiency of our fabrication and material processing teams. You’ll be an integral part of the leadership group ensuring projects are delivered on time, to spec, and with a continuous improvement mindset.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of fabrication staff with a focus on safety, quality, and delivery
• Coordinating daily production schedules and resource allocation
• Ensuring timely material processing and inventory control
• Supporting lean initiatives and process improvements
• Driving a "right first time" quality culture
• Communicating effectively across the Production, Engineering, and Project teams

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in a fabrication, engineering, or manufacturing environment
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong technical knowledge in fabrication and interpreting technical drawings
• Commitment to health & safety, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
• A hands-on, proactive approach and excellent communication skills
• Relevant trade qualification or engineering diploma (ideal but not essential)
